Any “funky” marine or commercial vinyls for my scooter seat? Can I paint vinyl?
I just purchased a funky red & white retro motorbike (1981 Honda C70) with mangled seat upholstery. My mom will reupholster it for me, but I really want something awesome (zebra? polka dot?). I can’t find any cool marine/commercial vinyls! Help!
Also, I am an artist and can paint something on the vinyl, but I have no clue how that would hold up. I don’t want to walk around with a painted bottom 
Suggestions? Thanks!
go to an upholstery shop or an rv shop–if they have an uphostery shop you could check out their vinyl sample book & buy a piece of vinyl. where I work , vinyl is 30 or 40 dollars a yard depending on how thick it is. I seen a vinyl that has sparkles in it–pretty cool looking.
