Baby Einstein Discover and Play Activity Center.. anyone own this?
I am wondering at what age did your baby start using this toy? The box states when baby can sit upright by himself… there is no age indication.. my son almost sits alone but he’s not quite ready yet. He’s 2.5 months. Thanks.
We have it and she started to use it at 5 months of age and yes she was sitting up unassisted.
She loved this toy. It is still set up in the family room, mostly because we are too busy to put it in the attic until the next baby comes along. She likes to play the music on this. Great TOY!

The Experiment at Philadelphia: Did Einstein Discover God? $40.32 The Philadelphia Experiment was Einstein’s experiment in which he had not only discovered, in 1943, the way to make things invisible and transport them at great speeds, but also positively proven scientifically, physically and spiritually that God Almighty exists He had literally discovered God That question, Is there a God?, that’s been going through people’s minds for so long, discussed on the street corner, talked about on the porch on a hot summer’s night, is now a proven fact… YES THERE IS A GOD Did Einstein in the Philadelphia Experiment make contact with UFO beings who gave him advance knowledge of all things in which Einstein later destroyed fearing what the world would do with that knowledge? Are the first 14 chapters of this book that advance knowledge Einstein received? Does it reveal the deepest darkest secrets of God and Satan and how the Universe works? Does it answer these questions many have asked since the beginning of the world, which is known as the mystery of God?: Why am I here? What’s the true meaning of life? How was everything created? Who are God and the Devil? If God created all, who created God? If He is the first in creation, where and how did He come into existence? Why does God allow evil in the world? Why do good things happen to bad people and bad things to good people? Why, if we all came from Adam and Eve, who were Jewish, are there Gentiles? Are Gentiles children of devils? Is that why the Jews are God’s chosen race? Why in the Garden of Eden was the knowledge of good on the tree forbidden? How old is the earth? Why is God known as the Trinity? Why have, down through the ages, religions done such evil? What, when and how did the "big bang" start? What happened to Satan? Who is he really and what did he do in the past? What are his beliefs and ways? What is he and God literally made of? What is the meaning of the great pyramids and sphinx? Is there scientific proof that God exists? Read this whole book for the answers to all these tough questions and be sure to read the introduction first before reading the rest of this book. It will help you better understand this whole book. |

Einstein’s Mistakes: The Human Failings of Genius $4.47 Although Einstein was the greatest genius of the twentieth century, many of his groundbreaking discoveries were blighted by mistakes, ranging from serious errors in mathematics to bad misconceptions in physics and failures to grasp the subtleties of his own creations. This forensic biography dissects Einstein’s scientific mistakes and places them in the context of his turbulent life and times. In lively, accessible prose, Hans C. Ohanian paints a fresh, insightful portrait of the real Einstein at work, in contrast to the uncritical celebrity worship found in many biographies. Of the approximately 180 original scientific papers that Einstein published in his lifetime, about 40 are infested with mistakes. For instance, Einstein’s first mathematical proof of the famous formula E = mc2 was incomplete and only approximately valid; he struggled with this problem for many years, but he never found a complete proof (better mathematicians did). Einstein was often lured by irrational and mystical inspirations, but his extraordinary intuition about physics permitted him to discover profound truths despite-and sometimes because of-the mistakes he made along the way. He was a sleepwalker: his intuition told him where he needed to go, and he somehow managed to get there without quite knowing how. As this book persuasively argues, the defining hallmark of Einstein’s genius was not any special mathematical ability but an uncanny talent to use his mistakes as stepping stones to formulate his revolutionary theories. |

What Einstein Didn’t Know $3.95 This book is for people who are curious about the world around them, but who may be a bit intimidated by science. What Einstein Didn’t Know provides intriguing answers to questions such as – Why are some flames blue and others yellow? – How does soap "know" what’s dirt? – Why won’t oil and water mix? With sections called "Try It" providing forty-eight fun demonstrations that can be performed without special equipment and "Bar Bets" — offering true statements that may or may not win a round of drinks, readers will discover that they can incorporate the lessons learned from this book into their everyday lives. Chapter topics include "Around the House", "In the Kitchen", and "The Great Outdoors". And whenever explanations threaten to become more than you want to know, the details are banished to a "Nitpicker’s Corner". What Einstein Didn’t Know is a book that makes learning about how and why things work (a.k.a. science) fun for everyone. |
